The appointment of the external auditors is the direct responsibility of the Ordinary General Meeting. The Financial Director is responsible for obtaining annually a written statement from the external auditors that their independence has not been impaired. The Financial Director has obtained a confirmation from the principal external auditors that none of its former employees is in a position with the Company that may impair the principal external auditor's independence.
